4on Which outgrown baby things are fine to pass on, and which should just be thrown?
did one round at 6 months. anything cracked or missing a part went straight out. everything else got a photo and went to a colleagues' group. took one evening once we stopped overthinking
4on Moving our 8 month old from our bed to his own cot. How did the first week go for you?
same age here. tried last month, lasted three nights. trying again once the festival visitors leave
1on 8 month old gags on the first lump and now the nanny is blending everything again
fork mashing might be the middle step she'll accept. will try it with dal rice this week
1on Dropping daytime feeds at 10 months. Which one went first for you?
partner taking that slot is what we're planning too. good to hear it works
3on Hospital maternity package, or pay for each visit as it comes?
i see these from the other side. they're fine for a straightforward pregnancy. read the exclusions more carefully than the inclusions. extra scans, any admission before the delivery, the baby's care after birth, room category. that's usually where the difference sits
2on I tell parents early smiles are just wind. My son saves his biggest grin for a full nappy
Hiding takes planning. He isn't there yet. For now the grin is all the notice we get.
1on nanny comes back after six weeks off. will an 8 month old even remember her
we have a 5 month old who goes between my mother and a nanny. when the nanny was away ten days he was unsure of her for one morning, then fine. six weeks is longer but they seem to keep faces better than we expect
2on Sun's up at 5.40 and so is our 1 year old
bird net over the outdoor unit. our building did it after the pigeons moved in, no cooing since. the 5 month old now wakes for the garbage truck instead
we're doing a version of this with a 4 month old. my calls are unpredictable so it's less a split and more a scramble. no answers yet
0on Our owner has said no screws in the walls. What held up for you without them?
noting all of this down. ours is 4 months and only rolling so far, and our owner is the same about drilling. if anyone has a no-screw gate that survived a toddler i'd like to know the type
4on Cool breakfasts for a 2 year old who now pushes away anything warm
nothing from experience yet, ours is 4 months. but every summer of my childhood my mother's answer was buttermilk with a pinch of salt and a bit of rice. noting the rest for later
1on Every cap and sunhat comes straight off her head. How do you keep anything on a toddler in May?
he's 4 months and already pulls at his cap in the pram. reading this as a preview
