ha, that's how it'll go. our daughter is still a toddler and we already joke she'll be correcting my written Telugu, which hasn't been used since school. let him teach you, kids love being the teacher.

Some universities run supervised strength batches for staff families in the holidays. Ours does. Not much help for term-time evenings, but worth checking if either of you has a college connection.

We're looking at it for nursery for our daughter, so I've only seen it from the road. Passed by once at dispersal time and saw both vans and parents waiting outside, which doesn't tell you much. The office should know which vans the regular families use. Worth asking when you visit.

Similar here. Partner's clinic runs over and my lectures are fixed. We picked a daycare that stays open till 8, mainly for those nights. Costs more, but no 5 pm negotiations. Worth a look once she's old enough.

Our daughter is far too small for lessons, but in our gated community the music teachers find students through the residents' noticeboard and the society group. One of them does 30 minute home lessons for the younger ones. I'd post a request in your society group first.
