Keyboard teacher who comes home, around Financial District, for a 7 year old

Second question of the evening from me. Our son has been picking out tunes on a toy keyboard a relative gave him, and we'd like to find him a proper teacher before the interest fades. Classes outside don't work on weekdays because our caregiver can't manage drop and pickup with his little sister in tow, so ideally someone who comes home once or twice a week. How did you find yours? Society noticeboard, word of mouth, an app? And what's a sensible lesson length at this age?

Our daughter is far too small for lessons, but in our gated community the music teachers find students through the residents' noticeboard and the society group. One of them does 30 minute home lessons for the younger ones. I'd post a request in your society group first.
