St. Christophers Convent is five minutes from us. What are the hours for UKG and class 2?

2on Joining nursery mid-year at Green Oaks High School, AS Rao Nagar. Is that usually possible?
Is there a reason he needs to be in school before June? Our younger one joined a class mid-year. Everyone else already knew the routine and the songs and she spent weeks catching up on things that didn't matter. A playschool for those few months might be easier on a 3 year old.
0on I do my nephew's pickup and homework but the school only messages his parents
Have the parents written to the school, or have they said they will? That is where it stalls in most families I know. Get them to send it while you are standing next to them.
2on Parents at my home daycare ask me when nursery forms open. What should I tell them?
Each school is different. Of the ones we checked for my two, one opened in October and another not till December. Tell parents that plainly and tell them to call the offices. Don't guess dates for them.
2on Our office wants to donate books to a school in the old city. Iqra Mission High School came up
Call the school office and ask. Parents on a forum won't know their donation policy.

Texture, I think. Mixed versus plain is a useful split, I hadn't separated those. Will try the two-minute steam tonight. Paediatrician visit is next month anyway, so I'll ask.
6on My mother does everything for our 14 year old. He can't make a cup of tea
What exactly do you want him doing? 'His own stuff' is too vague to win an argument with your mother. Pick two things, say his breakfast plate and his school bag. Tell her those are his now. Leave the rest alone.
0on she's told me to stop helping with her evs project. 'it has to look like a child made it'
Did the teacher really ask that girl who made it, or is it a story going round the class? Either way, your daughter is right.
How many pillows is she using now, and where? I had one long body pillow, not the U. With the U you can't turn over without a wrestling match. Buy the cheaper long one first and see if that's enough.
3on The post-delivery laddus were meant for my partner. Three months on, I'm the one finishing them
Methi ones are an acquired taste. The dry fruit ones are not medicinal, they are just good. Has she sent more?
2on Half his grade 2 class has a 'homework aunty'. Do we need one too?
What problem would the aunty solve for you? If you can't name one, you don't need her.
0on A mother in our class group is blind, and every school notice this week came as a photo
Yes. Ask her first, privately. And keep it out of the group entirely.
0on The young couple next door have a toddler who cries most nights. Would offering help be intrusive?
Bring food. Don't mention the crying. If they want more, they'll take it from there. Taking the child is a lot to accept from someone they barely know.
