I spent the summer after 12th answering phones in my father's office, and it's still the job I learnt the most from. If she's the one asking, I'd say yes. Ours is a baby, so I only have my side of this one.

+1 on the route. we did the same sums for living near my in-laws, and for now daycare near the grandparents mattered way more than a school two years away. school can come later

No idea about Rankers specifically. A colleague's son is in class 2 at a different techno school and she says for the small ones it's mostly an extra maths workbook and an olympiad book, nothing scary. The real difference starts later, from what she says 🤷

Daycare form had a 'why us' box too. I wrote two lines, nobody mentioned it 🤷

No school fees for us yet, only daycare, but our daycare took the deposit in two parts when I asked. Did you ask the accounts office directly or just read the circular?
