Four teeth on top, none at the bottom. Did your toddler's teeth come in this lopsided?

Our daughter has four top teeth and a completely bare bottom gum. Every chart I look at says the bottom two usually come first. She chews well, bites anything she can reach, and the paediatrician didn't seem bothered when I mentioned it in passing at the last visit. So I'm mostly curious now, and my mother brings it up on every call. How long did the bottom ones take for yours?

Our grandson had only top teeth for many months. His grandmother was worried, the doctor was not. Now he is 7, teeth are fine, he eats everything except vegetables.

Ours came in a different order but just as unevenly: two bottom, then nothing for almost three months, then four at once. Has she been drooling more or chewing on everything lately? That was the only sign we had before the next lot.
