Envelope per visit is simple enough that we'll actually do it. Starting with this one tonight.

Right, 2 to 6 is the bad one for us also. Will offer to take that on the non-demo nights. Thanks.
0on 8 weeks old, awake 1 to 4 every night, asleep all afternoon
Ours was the same around 6 weeks. We started opening all the curtains first thing and keeping her in the living room with normal noise in the day, lights dim after 8. Took about two weeks to shift. Still not perfect.

Read it. Unpaid leave up to 30 days needs only the manager's approval, beyond that HR. So it is her call. Asked again, this time with dates. She said two weeks. I'll take it.
