Pillow has now been added to her list, under mattress. Thanks for that.

Fair. I'll take that.
1on Our caregiver keeps the room pitch dark for every nap. He's 2 months old
Which articles? 'Naps in light' gets repeated everywhere without anyone saying how much light or for how long. Your nights are fine and short naps at two months are common. You'd be changing a setup that works to fix a problem you don't have.
3on What does 'inquiry-based' look like for a 4 year old at Glendale in Tellapur?
Ask them directly when children start formal reading and what they do with a child who is ready earlier or later. If the answer is only philosophy, push for specifics. My daughter is long past that stage, but the same vagueness comes up at every level.
1on Would a later bedtime for our 3 year old cost me our 6 am hour together?
Have you tested it, or are you assuming? Some kids wake at the same time whatever the bedtime. Try 9.30 for a week and see when he wakes before negotiating anything.
1on Our evening family walk is now 'an old people thing', says our 12 year old
Find a new thing. The walk is gone, don't wait for it. With my daughter it became the car, ten minutes to the bakery and back. Same conversations, fewer witnesses.
2on Two months of practice for his dance class show, and he watched the whole thing from my lap
Is it the stage or the lights? Worth knowing before the next one. Mine was fine on stage at morning assembly and froze every time there were spotlights and a dark hall. We practised once in a dark room with a torch pointed at her. Sounds silly. It helped.
2on Working from home means my 16 year old thinks I'm always free to drive her
Tried the one-drive rule for three days. She picked the 9 pm pickup every time, which is the one I'd have done anyway, and talked the whole way home. The afternoon ones have gone to autos with very little argument. So you may have been right about the company.
