The tuition plan ignores that there are two children

The evening homework arrangement worked before both boys needed help at different times. Now tuition for one overlaps with reading practice for the other, and everyone expects the same adult to be available. We need a family timetable, not another worksheet. What would you change first?

I would question which tuition work needs immediate supervision and which can be independent.
