My child could explain a model perfectly at the dining table. The moment we recorded a short practice video, every sentence vanished. I don't want to make presentation feel like a bigger exam than the project itself. How do you practise calmly without watching endless retakes?

I'd rehearse without recording first and only use video if the child finds it useful.

One small cue card may be better than memorising a whole speech.
