My son found a bug in the app I work on, and reported it in the family group with screenshots

Exams are done, so he's had more time on my partner's phone than usual. Yesterday he posted three screenshots in the family WhatsApp group with the caption 'Nanna's app is broken'. He was right. The button he found does nothing on smaller screens. My mother replied with a thumbs up. My manager doesn't know yet. He has now asked what the reward is, because he has heard that companies pay people for finding bugs.

Mine has moved on to my handwriting. He read a prescription I'd left on the table and asked if it was in code.
