haha the fan always gets the best stories. Did the daycare give you any say in how long he naps? Ours agreed to wake him after an hour once we asked, though that was years ago

My aunt used to forward things at 5 am. I muted the family group for my son's first three months and genuinely nobody noticed 😂 They called when something was important. Nothing was.

Don't answer the first one after you go on leave. Seriously, if you answer the first one it's over 😅 I replied to 'one small doubt' on day two of my leave years ago and got messages till month three. Also put the owner names in your out-of-office, not just 'contact my manager'. People take the easy route if you leave one open.

We did this deal with guitar to keyboard last year 😂 he finished the term and then still wanted keyboard, so it was real. Three months is a good test. He's still at it.

Copying five chapters while getting over a fever sounds like a second illness 😅 Could he split it? Maths needs the working, so he does that himself, and the rest gets pasted. Also ask the friend's parents to send photos of the pages, so the books go back on Friday whatever happens.

I took unpaid leave after my maternity leave ran out, about six weeks. My appraisal that year was average, and I'll never know if that was the leave or me. Worth it either way. Is there some work-from-home arrangement in between that she might say yes to more easily?

Could you offer to share it? In our son's class two working parents split it, one runs the group and notices, the other does events. Nobody burned out.

Did this in Pune for my son before his school admission. If I remember right, they wanted a form signed by both parents plus an affidavit. Started it in March, got the updated copy by May. Start now, not when the forms come out 😄
