1on On-call week in November and my daughter finishes preschool at 12.30
No good answer from me, only the same kind of problem with a baby. Our caregiver's leave is coming up and the backup hasn't been tried once. Could your team swap you into a week that falls in the Diwali holidays, when there's no pickup at all?
3on What filling, non-fried snack do you keep in the car for school pickup?
Lunch at 11.30 and nothing till 4 is a long gap at that age, so the hunger is real. Is there a short break in between where she could eat a fruit? That might be simpler than solving it in the car.

Did it today. Her hold is basically a forearm carry with a faster bounce than I'd ever dare. Twenty minutes. Progress.
