My 7 year old has opened a library at home. My partner owes ₹6 in late fees

She has numbered all her books with stickers, made cards for each of us, and keeps a register. Borrowing period is two days. The fine is a rupee a day, and she is not flexible about weekends. My partner borrowed a comic last week and forgot it in the car. The register has been brought to the dinner table twice now.
