Holiday homework done in week one. Then the notebook vanished. Found today.

My son proudly finished all his holiday homework in the first week of the vacation. I was impressed and said so, perhaps too often. School reopens next month and the notebook had vanished. We searched for three days. It turned up this morning in his cricket kit bag, under the pads, slightly damp but complete. He says he put it there so it would be safe.
