Eggs for our toddler, when the person who cooks for her has never made one
Our daughter's food at home is my mother's department, and my mother is vegetarian. She has never cooked an egg in her life, and our kitchen hasn't seen one either. My partner and I eat eggs when we're out, and our paediatrician suggested adding them since our daughter is fussy about most proteins. My mother hasn't said no. She's said 'you do it', which in our house means no. Has anyone sorted this out without it turning into a whole issue? A separate small pan? Only boiled ones that I make on weekends?
