3 year old only plays with the two older boys in our building. Where do little ones meet kids their age?

our son's 3. most evenings he plays with the same two boys in our building, who are 6 and 7. they're kind enough, but he's always the one fetching the ball and he's started copying a lot of their bossier stuff. i'd like him to meet some kids his own age without booking another class. weekends already have one activity and family visits. around jubilee hills, where do toddlers and preschoolers just run around together? parks, libraries, anything casual.

When my daughter was three, the best place for this was a weekend storytime at a small neighbourhood library. The stories were secondary. It was twenty children of the same size on one carpet, and the parents ended up arranging park meetups afterwards. I don't know what is available near Jubilee Hills now, but libraries and bookshops are where I would start asking.

Storytime worked for us too, long back. Ours was in a temple hall on Sunday mornings. The kids ran around more than they listened, which was the point.

older kids bossing him isn't all bad. he's learning their rules. ours is one and already follows the big ones around the lobby

Up to a point. My son spent most of a year as the permanent goalkeeper for the older boys in our society and never once got to kick the ball. Kids his own age gave him a turn. He still brings it up.
