Who keeps our 6 year old if labour starts at 2 am? No family in Hyderabad

Due early next year. Partner will be with me at the hospital. That leaves our 6 year old. Our closest family lives in another city, a day away at best. Her after-school daycare closes in the evening, no help at night. Our friends here are almost all colleagues. Good people, but nobody I'd call at 2 am to come and sit with a sleeping child. So, for parents who had a second baby with no family in town: what did you do that first night? A neighbour? A paid caregiver on standby? Took the older one along to the hospital? Not looking to join a big group. Just what worked.
