She found her hand today. Held it up, stared at it for a full minute with deep suspicion, then hit herself in the face with it and cried. We've been through this four times since lunch.
Wait until she discovers her feet. Our son spent a week trying to eat his own foot, with the same look of betrayal every time it pulled away.
It stopped for ours when she learnt the hand could hold a rattle. Then the rattle hit her in the face instead.
Read this with my morning tea and laughed out loud. My son is eleven and still walks into doors he knows are there, so the hand may take a while.
