Settling-in period for pre-nursery at Neo School Aizza in Malakpet?

Our daughter will be old enough for pre-nursery next academic year, and Neo School Aizza in Malakpet is on our list, partly because it goes all the way to class 12. I'm mainly wondering how they handle the first few weeks for children that small. Do parents stay for a settling-in period, or is it drop and go from day one? She is in daycare now, but only for half days. Anyone who has a child there or has asked them about this, I'd be grateful to hear ♥

Not this school, but our daughter's pre-nursery did a week of short days with one parent waiting in the corridor. It helped her a lot. I would ask Neo directly whether they do anything similar.

Ours is 1, and I didn't know people were applying this far ahead for a child this small. Do the forms really open a whole year early? Feel like I've already missed something 😅

Masab Tank to Malakpet isn't far for us, but I don't know this school inside. Teacher hat on though: find out the number of adults per pre-nursery room. At two, that matters more than almost anything else.
