Will the Sri Krishnaveni Talent School bus hand a 5 year old to her 8 year old brother at the stop?

looking at Sri Krishnaveni Talent School in Kondapur for our daughter for next year, she's 5. the bus route passes right by our lane which is a big part of why it's on the list. her brother is 8 and gets home from his school about 20 min earlier both of us are on calls with other time zones in the evening and the plan in my head is that he walks to the corner and brings her in. 2 min from the gate, guard can see the stop. but i have no idea if a bus attender will hand a nursery/kg child to another child, or if it has to be an adult with an id card or something also how do parents find out when the bus is running late. call the driver, an app, a class group? the prospectus just says safe transport and leaves it there. would like to hear from current parents before we plan around this
