daycare only starts in two months. i'm working from home that day with two customer calls. me, the baby, a laptop. what do i need to know that isn't on the feeding chart that's been left for me. it's a long chart 😅
Block fifteen minutes on either side of both calls, that's the part nobody tells you. Babies seem to know exactly when you're about to unmute. Have her in a carrier or a bouncer right next to you instead of hoping she naps through. You'll manage fine, and you'll be a little tired ❤️
The buffer around calls is useful. We're planning leave now, and the first week my partner is alone with the baby after I go back is the part we haven't figured out. Did you do a practice day before the real one?
