third round this term. we comb, we wash everything, two weeks clear, then back again. pretty sure it's coming from school but nobody says anything. does a school ever send a notice, or do you just keep combing forever

every single term in class 1 and 2 for us. stopped around 9 for our elder one 🤷 the comb is the only thing that really worked

We went through this when our son was in primary. The comb did more than any of the shampoos. And check everyone who shares a pillow or a car headrest with her. It kept coming back to us from one adult who was sure they didn't have it.

The adult point is real. My sister picked it up twice from cousins during family visits before anyone thought to check the grown-ups. Everyone insisted they were fine. Two of them were not.

Does her school have a nurse or a class coordinator? When my daughter was that age, her school sent a general note to the class without naming anyone. Nobody was embarrassed and the cycle stopped within a month. You can ask for exactly that.

See this all the time in clinic. Very common at this age and not a hygiene thing, so don't let anyone make you feel otherwise. It usually keeps coming back because of one untreated child in the class, which is why a general notice helps. Check and comb everyone at home in the same week

Ask the class teacher to send a general notice. They won't name anyone and you don't need them to. Third time is reason enough.
