Leaving our 3 month old with my parents for a three-hour film. Too soon?

Partner and I haven't been out together since he was born. My parents live 10 minutes away and keep offering. He takes a bottle part of the time, so feeding isn't the issue. The issue is us. I say go, partner keeps finding reasons. Did you feel ready at 3 months or did you just go

We left our daughter with my in-laws at about 3 months for a wedding reception. Spent the whole evening checking the phone and came back early. Still glad we went. Go, but sit at the aisle end.

  Aisle end, noted. Booked the 4 pm show on Saturday, close enough to be back in 15 min. Partner has already asked my mother for a written schedule 🤷
