Is there a shop around Somajiguda that measures toddler feet properly?

My son is two and has gone through three pairs of sandals since summer. I've been ordering online by age, and every pair is either loose at the heel or tight at the toes. He doesn't complain. He just takes them off and walks barefoot, which tells me enough. I would rather have someone measure his feet properly once, even if it costs a little more. The shops I've tried near us simply hand over whatever size is printed on the box. Does anyone know a place around Somajiguda, Khairatabad or Panjagutta where the staff measure and check the fit for small children?

Go in the late afternoon rather than the morning, because feet are a little bigger by then, and take the socks he actually wears. The good place we used would press near the toe and look for about a thumb's width of space in front. If a shop doesn't do even that much, I'd walk out. I can't name the shop with any confidence. My daughter is 16 now and it has probably changed hands twice since.

Thank you, the late-afternoon point is new to me. We usually shop on Saturday mornings because that's when he's in a good mood. I'll try one evening this week and see whether anyone bothers with the thumb check.
