For my sister's class 11: SLATE near home in Ameerpet, or a junior college?

rose_compass_6512

My sister is 15 and in class 10 at a school that stops there. I help my parents with school decisions, and since we live in Ameerpet, SLATE - The School has come up because it's close and has more than one board. What I couldn't find clearly is whether they have classes 11 and 12, and if so under which board. She hasn't settled on a stream yet. Some weeks it's commerce, some weeks biology. Has anyone looked at their senior classes, or picked a junior college instead for similar reasons?

Whatever the answer, compare with a junior college before deciding. My son did 11 and 12 at a junior college. Very long hours, but a wider subject choice. His friends who stayed in school for 11 and 12 had a calmer time. Depends what she needs at 15.

Very true about the hours. My cousin's daughter did junior college, 8 to 6 every day, she was so tired. Chinna pilla at that age 🙂 If the stream she wants is available, staying in a school is calmer.
