Family wants me to stop driving to client visits now that I'm pregnant

I run a small dental equipment business and spend most of my day driving between clinics, Kondapur to Kukatpally to Ameerpet and back. Since we told the family, every phone call ends with "get a driver" or "send your staff". I feel fine, and my doctor hasn't said anything against driving. A driver is an expense I'd rather not add right now, and half the visits need me to explain the equipment myself. Did any of you keep driving through pregnancy, and when did you stop?

I'm expecting too, my second, and I still drive myself to the warehouse and to customers. My doctor said it was fine as long as I was comfortable and took breaks on longer stretches. The only change I made was dropping the long afternoon trips when the traffic is worst, because I was more tired than I expected to be. Has your doctor said anything about how long the drives should be?
