Every visitor says she needs a dark, quiet room for naps. She sleeps fine in the noisy hall
Our daughter naps in the hall with the TV on and the cooker going. Every visitor tells me I'm setting her up for trouble, that she needs a dark, quiet room for every nap or she'll never sleep properly. She sleeps fine. Long naps, wakes up happy. Is there a real reason to change something that works, or is this one of those things everyone repeats because someone once told them?
