Daycare messages all go to my partner, even though I'm the one at pickup every day

My partner filled in the admission form, so every message from daycare goes there first. Fever note, 'please send extra clothes', 'she didn't nap', all of it. My partner runs a business and is usually in meetings, so these get forwarded to me hours later, often after I've done pickup and found out in person anyway. I've asked twice to be made the main contact. They said yes both times and nothing changed 🤷 Has anyone managed to get a daycare to switch this?
