first week of class 12. school has replaced pe with extra physics and maths periods, and there's no basketball team for 12th either. she hasn't said much but she's been pacing the flat in the evenings. thinking of finding an outside court for her. is that a dumb idea in board year
not dumb. our son is in a heavy year too and we've kept his swimming, two evenings. it's the only time he isn't thinking about exams. the hours didn't come out of studying, they came out of the phone
As a cardiologist I'd be the last person to tell a teenager to stop exercising for a year. Her body will thank her, and so will her sleep. An outside court twice a week sounds very sensible ❤️
