13 yr old, indoor court near tolichowki, tin roof. she comes home red in the face and sleeps till 7. coach says the kids are used to it. is anyone else's child training in the afternoon this month or is it just us
'Used to it' isn't an answer. How long is the session, and are there water breaks? A tin roof in May is the problem, not the time on the clock.
Ei, same story with my daughter's table tennis last May, a tin shed at 4 pm. We sent a big bottle of lemon-salt water and she sat out the last 20 minutes whenever it got too much. Coach grumbled, but fine. This year she has refused afternoons completely 🙂
Same thing happened with cricket nets. Four parents messaged the coach together asking for the 6.30 pm slot, and he moved it within a week. One parent asking gets 'they're used to it'. Four parents asking gets a new timing.
