no idea about this school, my son is only 3. his preschool sends the worksheets home in a file every friday, but that's a different world from class 6 🤷

Not at Glendale, but we visited a couple of IB preschools for our 3 year old. The most useful answer we got at one was 'we follow what the kids are curious about, within a planned unit'. Sounded vague till they showed us a wall of the kids' questions about rain. Ask to see that kind of display, it told us more than the talk did 🤷

Daycare also feeds at the same time every day. At home on weekends ours ate whenever, and ate badly. Fixed the time and it got better, not perfect 🤷

We drive ours, but at his preschool the van kids seem fine by the second month. Lots of tears at the gate the first few weeks. Then they fight over the window seat 🤷

Nowhere near this stage with a 2 year old. But when my partner went part time for a year after he was born, the same question came every visit, from her own parents. At least your daughter asked to her face 🤷
