the staff say he finishes his bowl at daycare, no fuss. the same khichdi from me on weekends, three spoons and then he turns his head and stares at the fan. i asked them what goes in. moong dal and rice, they said. i don't think they're hiding anything. i think it's me. has anyone worked out what changes between daycare food and home food at this age? or is it just the other babies eating around him
its the other children. my granddaughter ate karela at a friend's house once and never at ours. you are not the problem the audience is
Try feeding him where he can see someone else eating. With our daughter, sitting her at the table while we ate did more than any recipe. Also daycare probably cooks it much softer than you think.
Ours is five months and hasn't started solids yet. Reading this so I know what's coming.
Daycare also feeds at the same time every day. At home on weekends ours ate whenever, and ate badly. Fixed the time and it got better, not perfect 🤷
both mine ate better for anyone who wasn't me till about two. stopped taking it personally by the second one
