Who repairs a stroller with a snapped front wheel?

Front wheel came clean off on a pothole this morning. My daughter was thrilled. I carried a toddler and half a stroller home. Everything else is fine, and it's a good one we were given by family, so I'd rather fix it than buy again. Does anyone repair strollers, or do the cycle shops take this kind of thing? Or do I accept it's done and start looking 🙂
