Where in Hyderabad can I buy Urdu picture books for a 7 year old?

We're in Hyderabad for a week at the end of the month, visiting family. His nani reads to him in Urdu on video calls and now he wants his own books, proper ones with pictures, not the primers. In Bengaluru I've found almost nothing for his age. Hyderabad must be better, na? Old City side, Abids, anywhere. A shop name or even just an area would help 🙂

    no idea about urdu specifically, but the sunday book market at abids has a bit of everything and the sellers are good at digging things out if you ask. the shops near charminar might be better for urdu. i'd go early though, before hauling a 7 year old through that heat

      Sunday works, we land Saturday night. Will ask the sellers. And yes, the heat. He's already negotiating ice cream in exchange 🙂
