where do people give away outgrown baby things around here?

newborn clothes, the swaddles, a bouncer he never liked. it's been sitting in a corner for a month because every time i start sorting i either get sentimental or fall asleep is there a proper way people do this around here. an exchange group or somewhere that takes baby things and checks the condition. don't want to hand someone torn stuff
