What is the nursery day like at Keystone International in Financial District?

My office is in Financial District, and on release days I spend more time on the ORR than at my desk. We're in Begumpet and not planning to move yet, but I've started looking at schools near the office for our younger one, who'd start nursery next year. Keystone came up because it runs through to grade 12, so it would be one move, not two. For anyone who has looked at their early years: is it play-based, or workbook stuff already? And how do families from the city side manage the drive? Aai thinks I'm mad even looking 🙂

Why pick a school that runs to grade 12 for a child who isn't 3 yet? You'd be committing to IB or IGCSE on the basis of an office you go to on some days. What happens if your job moves?

We looked at Keystone when choosing for our daughter a couple of years back and ended up elsewhere for unrelated reasons. What I remember from the visit is that the nursery rooms had more play and less paper than I expected. That's one visit, years ago, so please go and see it yourself. The drive is the real question. Begumpet to FD at 8 am with a 3 year old in the back... I'd do it once at school time before deciding anything 😅

Did the drive yesterday around 8 as a test. Saturday traffic, and still 50 minutes. Our pillu is not sitting through that every day, and neither am I. Maybe this is a 'next house' question and not a school question.

  • Same thought from KPHB. Did you find out whether their transport comes as far as Begumpet, or only the nearby areas?
