What does an ordinary nursery day look like at Pragathi High School in Padmarao Nagar?

cedar_river_6832

My partner's parents live near Padmarao Nagar and bring up Pragathi High School every time we visit, for our son's nursery in a couple of years. He isn't one yet, so there's no rush. Moving closer to them also comes up every visit. I'd like the ordinary details rather than the reputation: how long the nursery day runs, how pickup works, how much the little ones write, how the school communicates with parents. If you have a child there or have visited, what did a normal day look like?

  • Before the ordinary day, the ordinary commute. Would he be going from your home or theirs? From Financial District that's a long run for a three year old, and that would settle it for me before anything about the school.

I teach, at a different school. Visit at dispersal time on a regular weekday, not on an open day. You'll see how the little ones get handed to their parents and how tired they look. Tells you more than a brochure.

Same pressure from family here, about a school near them for our younger one. We visited, liked it, and still picked one near home because I'd be doing the drives. Worth a visit though, if only to settle the conversation.
