vishwa shanti high school in ramanthapur, when do they take class 3 admissions

lemon_trail_1023

my daughter is in class 2 now and we're thinking of a change for next year. vishwa shanti in ramanthapur came up because it's on my partner's way to office and the morning drop would be easy it's state board and she's been cbse so far, we're ok with that part. what i don't know is the process. when do they usually start taking class 3 admissions, is there a test or just a meeting, and do they want the old school's reports. if anyone has a child there or visited, general things like homework and day length would help too

no idea about this school. but ask if there's a written test for class 3. a friend's son had one at a different school, english and maths, and nobody told them till the day. good to know in advance

Phone the office and ask for the dates. Go in person before the rush starts. Carry her last two report cards anyway.

if drop is on your partner's route that's worth a lot. our son's bus ride is over an hour each way and it eats his whole day. check what happens on days your partner doesn't go in though

Also worth checking how the class 3 maths syllabus lines up with what she's done so far. When a niece of mine moved boards she'd already covered some topics and missed others, and it took a few months to even out. Not a reason to avoid it, just something to ask 🙂

Ramanthapur is a long way from me, so nothing useful on the school. But class 3 is a decent time to switch if you're going to. Old enough to adjust, young enough that marks don't matter much yet. From what I saw with my daughter's classmates, the ones who moved early settled fastest.
