Two daughters, no brother. What do you do for Raksha Bandhan?

Every year around this time the younger one asks who she's supposed to tie a rakhi to. The cousins are in Vijayawada and Pune and we see them maybe twice a year. Last year the girls tied rakhis on each other, which they found hilarious for about five minutes and then argued over whose was nicer. My partner works most weekends, so festivals tend to be me, the two girls and a box of sweets. The 13 year old now says it's 'a bit outdated'. The 10 year old is upset that her sister doesn't want to do it at all. How do families with only girls handle it? Sisters tying to each other, to a parent, cousins on a video call, or do you skip it? I'd like something the younger one can enjoy without dragging the older one into it.
