SR Nagar is on my drive to work. Could Gyan Vatika High School work for our younger one from class 2?

Our younger daughter is up before 6 for a van ride of close to 50 minutes to her CBSE school in Sainikpuri, where she is in class 1. I pass SR Nagar every morning on my drive to work, so we have started asking whether she could just travel with me. Gyan Vatika is State Board, nursery to 10. What I need from current parents: what time the primary classes finish, and whether parents can collect at the gate or it's mostly vans. General "good school" replies don't help me decide anything.

cbse to state board in class 2 just for the commute? curious why. nothing against the school, don't know it

Not the school itself, but on the board question: both my girls study in English-medium state board and the early classes were not lighter or heavier in any way that mattered for us. The commute is the bigger question. If she rides with you, what happens on the days you leave early or have a weekend event?

Because a 50-minute van at 6.10 am is the real problem, not the board. Board matters far less in class 2 than people make out. The early days are a fair point, though; on those our caregiver would have to do the drop, which needs working out. Still looking for someone who has been inside the school.

      Replying to @coral_wave_5498

we looked at it briefly for nursery last year, it was too far from tolichowki so we didn't go further. the office gave us the timetable on the phone without fuss, so calling them for class 2 timings should be quick
