Son's Sunday football batch may move to Sacred Heart School in Marredpally. Anyone drive there from Jubilee Hills?

Our son's football coach told parents on Sunday that the batch may shift to a school ground in Marredpally from next month, because the colony that lends him the current ground wants it back on Sunday mornings. He mentioned Sacred Heart School, though nothing is confirmed yet. We're in Jubilee Hills, so this turns a 10 minute drop into a proper drive. Before I start complaining in the parents' group, has anyone been to that area on a Sunday morning? Is there anywhere to park and wait nearby, or does everyone drop and leave? 🙂

We go to my mother's in Secunderabad most Sundays and come through Marredpally. Before 9 it's fine. After 10 the market roads get slow, so it depends on the batch time. Parking I can't tell you, we've never stopped near the school 🙂

My grandson's Sunday cricket was at a school ground on the Secunderabad side for a term. Most parents dropped and left, and a few of us waited in the car with a flask of tea. For a two-hour session, waiting is pleasant once; every week, less so. You could ask the coach whether he would arrange a pickup point on your side if several families are coming from the west.

      Replying to @citrus_kite_8599

The flask of tea sounds better than driving home and back. Asked the coach about a pickup point, he says he'll see how many families from our side stay on. So nothing decided yet.
