My younger son, in class 7, has been picked for the school's robotics club and is over the moon. The club meets twice a week till 4.45. The bus leaves at 3.30, and I'm in clinic till late most evenings. How have others managed club days when the transport doesn't wait? I'd hate for him to give it up over a pickup problem.
We had this with dance club. Three families on the same route ended up sharing an auto just for club days, with each family covering the fare for a month at a time. The club teacher gave us the list of who else stayed back, which is how we found each other.
That's such a practical idea, thank you. I'll ask his teacher for the list. His older brother has offered to cycle over on one of the days too, as long as nobody mentions it to his friends ❤️
