our grandson is 9 and goes into class 4 in june. the family is looking at a few schools on that side. do they take children at class 4 or only in the lower classes, and how does the admission test work if there is one
Haven't come across this one. Nanakramguda to Falaknuma every morning though? That's a long ride for a 9 year old, unless the family is shifting that side.
We're in Rajendranagar, which is the nearer side, and even from here the morning road past Aramghar is slow. I don't know the school. If the family is serious about it, a weekday trip at 7.30 to see the traffic would be my first step.
Too early for us, ours is a toddler. Simplest is to call the office. Most schools will tell you over the phone if there's a class 4 seat.
Heads up that a lot of schools fill their mid-primary seats by March. Doesn't mean there's nothing left in April, but I wouldn't wait for June to ask.
when we asked around for my elder one a few years back, most schools near LB Nagar gave class 4 joiners a short english and maths test. nothing scary, mostly to see where the child is. ask if they need the TC before the test or after, that confused us
