daycare's shut a few days over dasara and both girls (3 and 5) will be home on my work-from-home days. mall play zones are loud and the 5 year old comes out wired. anything quieter around ecil, as rao nagar, kapra? a library corner or a covered park would do
Our children are teenagers now, so treat this as old information. When they were small we relied on two things on wet days: the children's section at the public library on our side, and simply having another family over and taking turns to host. I can't say whether the library keeps the same hours now. Worth a phone call before you take two children there.
The taking-turns idea is what we ended up doing too. Three families in our lane in Sainikpuri, one house per afternoon. Whoever hosts puts out play dough or some craft and the rest bring snacks. My 4 year old asks every morning whose house it is today ❤️ With two girls that age, even one other family close by would halve the days for you.
