Older one wants to stop Kuchipudi just as her little sister wants to start

lemon_veranda_4081

My older daughter has done Kuchipudi for two years with a teacher near us in Gopanpally. Since June she has dragged her feet before every class and says she would rather do swimming, or nothing. Her younger sister has watched from the side all this time and now wants to join. The teacher runs a beginners' batch at the same hour, so on paper it is convenient. Do I let the older one stop now, even if the younger one then starts alone, or ask her to finish the year so they go together for a while?

no advice really. my son started karate because his cousin was in the class, and dropped it a week after the cousin did. i think at that age they attach to the person more than the activity. your younger one might be joining for her sister, not the dance
