No baby things bought yet, but my partner has assembled the cot. Twice.

A relative sent a cot early, flat-packed. My partner put it together on Saturday, found four screws left over, took it all apart and did it again. Four screws left over again. We have decided the screws are spare. The cot is standing in the corner of a room that otherwise has my laptop table and a treadmill nobody uses.

The leftover screws are basically tradition 🙂 Ours had three. That cot is now the toy pile in my son's room, seven years later, still standing.
