My 5 year old does 'homework' next to her brother every evening, and wants it signed

Her brother is in class 6 and has proper homework. She has none, so every evening she takes a few sheets of paper, sits next to him, and copies whatever shapes and letters she can see in his books. Tonight she brought it to me with a pen and asked me to sign it 'like Anna's diary'. I signed. She then asked for a remark ❤

What remark did you give? I ask because my daughter at that age took remarks very seriously, and 'good' was not considered sufficient.

Marks out of ten come next. Ours wanted to know why her sister got a 9 and she only got a star.

My toddler does the same with her big sister's homework, except her 'work' goes directly into the real notebook 😂

She has already asked for stickers. There are none in the house. Crisis.

enjoy this phase. at 16 the request is 'sign this form, don't read it' 🤷
