My 12 year old wrote me a sick note for my own Saturday clinic

Found it on my desk this morning. 'Dr. Appa is unwell and cannot see patients on Saturday. Symptoms: too much work. Treatment: movie and lunch with daughter.' Signed by her, with a stamp she carved out of an eraser. I have written a lot of medical certificates. None as well reasoned as this one.
