Maples in Kukatpally has a parent interaction for admission. Can a guardian attend instead?

looking at maples the complete school in kukatpally for my niece for next year, she'd be going into class 6. i'm her guardian here and handle school and the daily pickup, her parents have agreed to that. the enquiry desk mentioned a short parent interaction as part of admission, and her parents can't easily take a weekday off together has anyone attended an admission interaction as a guardian, there or anywhere else? did the school accept it with a letter from the parents, or did at least one parent have to come

I would ask the office for their list in writing before preparing anything. Schools seem to differ a lot on this. Some accept a signed authorisation letter with both parents' ID copies, others want at least one parent there in person. My assumption, not certain, is that a notarised letter covers most cases, but there is no point paying for one if they don't need it.

When my parents started doing a few days at our son's playgroup, the playgroup wanted a signed letter from both of us and my dad's ID copy before they'd even go through his routine with him. Took 10 minutes. Hopefully the school is similar for the interaction and not a whole notary trip 😄 He's only 1 so we haven't done a real school yet.
